Mr. Burns?

The other day, I was listening to an interview with Dick Cheney, and I was surprised by the sound of his voice. I wasn't sure why, but later in the day, I realized I had expected him to sound like Mr. Burns. Then, this morning, I saw this picture, and everything had come full circle.

My favorite part of an incredible day

Today was amazing. I am awestruck by the peaceful passing of power. I am hopeful that President Obama can succeed, and that America can be a light in a darkening world.

The Quaker hymn "Simple Gifts" has always been a favorite, and this rendition today was breathtaking. Enjoy!
